PRODUCTION AREA
 Lombardy - upper Oltrepò in the
                        municipality of Montalto Pavese at 420 m a.s.l.
 VINEYARD
 Monsaltus vineyard. The particle is the
                        n. 56 of 0.17 hectares planted with 100% Renano Riesling. The north-east exposure, the soils are
                        calcareous with marly stretches. The plants are trained in Gujot with 5200 vines/hectare.
 Harvest/WINE-MAKING
 The grapes are harvested
                        rigorously by hand in 18Kg boxes starting from the end of October. The overripe grapes, attacked
                        by noble rot, are gently pressed. the fermentation continues for several months thanks to the
                        high sugar concentration of the must.
 BOTTLING/AGING
 After at least 12 months of steel
                        is bottled and subsequently left to refine for a further 6 months before being sold. 
 BOTTLE/PACKAGE
 500ml Renana cristal individually
                        boxed in boxes of 6 pieces.
Appearance: intense golden yellow color with amber reflections.
Bouquet: very intense and ample with hints of candied fruit, dried apricots and hazelnuts.
Palate: we find the fruit in the form of jam with a mineral note and a lingering sweetness.
Service/Pairings: Serve at 10/12 °C. Due to its great complexity and strong sugar content, it goes well with foie gras, spicy gorgonzola and jam tarts.
